Aston RDTA - Alliancetech Vapor

You must have realized that over time our Phileas has worked a lot with AllianceTech Vapor in recent years. And greatly appreciate the passion of the Parisian team!

After the Aston RDA, small dripper and the latest, and an RTA version in the era of time, here is the RDTA variation, worthy replacement of the famous Flave Tank!
Packaging still as Royal

We are used to the small velvet pouch bearing the name of the atomizer, the Aston Vape brand and the notification designed by AllianceTech Vapor. We are also used to, and still amazed by the flattering aspect of the atomizer, enthroned under its bell.

It gives cachet, that's for sure. Beside that, a multilingual manual, a screwdriver, spares (gaskets, screws, pin bottom feeder) and a spare PSU tank. It's complete, and more than enough.

We have already talked about it for previous Aston Vape presentations, but in the proposed price range, we can not dream of much more.


Aesthetic possibilities

This is a 22mm diameter atomizer, small in size for a tank.

The Aston RDTA is offered in two versions, SS or Black. The black version has undergone a surface treatment.

The top cap consists of the body, with visible airflow, an over-top cap and a short drip tip.

As an option, a premium spare bag with the Delrin top cap and sets of drip tips and on topcap will allow you to put your RDTA to your liking.

 


It is the characteristic plate of Aston Vape / AllianceTech Vapor that we find with pleasure. The central trench, axes to guide your coil on the sides, the two positive and negative poles.

And a jaw system for the coil.

If we take it apart, we have the base. A peek insulator, an o-ring, the base is very thin.

The tank is made of pyrex, and is well maintained. Two small holes on the top. BF pine also has these holes.

It is easily screwed onto the central axis.

In the hands

Due to its tank format, you will obviously need to fill it. You understood that we have a Bottom feeder pin included. In this case, a simple pressure on your bottle and it's good. The tank fills up quietly.

On a classic box or tube, filling is done manually. The small removable cap is used for this.

You will use a bottle with a pointed tip, which is the case with almost all 10 and 60ml vials currently on the market. And we think of replacing the cap of course! And above all, always use the correct pin, otherwise leaks or malfunctions.

This type of tray is very easy to use. We put its resistance and we cut on the edges.

It remains to place the cotton to obstruct the part allowing irrigation. This will be very dependent on the brand of cotton you are using.

For the airflows, they are a little bigger than those of the Aston RDA. Two holes on each side, the air hits your resistance stack as it should. The adjustment is made by sliding the top cap. It holds perfectly with its joints. With two holes on each side, you should find something to suit you.

Pleasant in every way

A very dense, tasty, dripper-like vape. A very balanced airflow. Not too open, not too closed, the draw is fair.

In addition, BF tank atomizers are not currently on the streets. We are inundated with MTL bottom coils right now. So you might as well take advantage if you want to come back to something different, qualitative and up to the Flave Tank!
